Abstract

The theory of reverse migration suggests that policy systems in different societies have been welcomed to reduce the problems of urban society. Migration that brings about a fair distribution of population, revival of identity and increased production in villages. However, research in the past decade in Guilan shows that uncontrolled migration and the sale of agricultural land by villagers and low employment in Guilan villages will destroy Guilan's environment and Guilan's culture. In other words, reverse migration to Guilan will have negative consequences.
