Explanation and analysis of conceptual analysis of the truth of asceticism

The issue of asceticism in the world and aversion to material benefits is one of the topics that has been particularly emphasized in the Quran and the views of religious scholars, and a significant part of religious knowledge has been devoted to explaining the nature of the world that is subject to asceticism and how to enjoy material benefits. Based on the knowledge that has been given in authentic religious sources about the nature of the insatiable human soul and the seductive attractions of the world, true asceticism is the most appropriate and beneficial way to deal with the world and its natural manifestations and affairs. With asceticism, the world is a function of religion, and seeking it is seeking God and the Hereafter, not ambition. The emphasis on asceticism in the language of religious scholars is due to the fact that greed, carelessness, and not keeping a limit on material benefits of human innate, intellectual, and spiritual assets remain stagnant, and in other words, "paying more than logical and conventional attention to one's material dimension causes the stifling of spiritual talents and the emergence of inner darkness, which is the seat of divine illumination" (Jafari, vol. 10, p. 25). In other words, "the purpose of asceticism is not to close material springs, but to open, strive, and make other springs flow, namely the springs of spirituality. The goal is to release a series of spiritual forces that need to be released."
